Shyanne Vaden

Executive Assistant

Shyanne Vaden is a New York–based Executive Assistant whose work is guided by curiosity, care, and a belief in building a more just world. With a background supporting senior leadership across nonprofit, climate, tech, and creative organizations, she brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to operations and collaboration. She holds a BA in Communications with minor concentrations in Gender Studies and Media Analysis from Arizona State University, grounding her work in storytelling, cultural awareness, and critical thinking. Shyanne has studied social revolutions abroad in Cuba and Barcelona and takes time to really travel outside of her comfort zone to very faraway places. Outside of her professional work, she is an avid film photographer, frequently submitting her work to exhibitions and using visual storytelling to explore other cultures.
