Each place on the map has its own history and conditions, so policies and programs that work in one city can’t just be copied and pasted somewhere else. Grapevine combines AI, policy expertise, and local insight to transform the messy, unstructured reality of real-world data on legislation, regulation, and program implementation - everything from city council debates and public government portals to official reports and the views of people who live there - to understand how successful policies actually took hold.
