Jackson Goldman

Live Event Engagement Advisor (International)

Jackson has a background in public health and climate research, although his experience has also touched on environmental economics, sustainability, and science communications. He holds a Master’s in Environmental Policy from the University of Cambridge and a BS in Conservation and Resource Studies from UC Berkeley. During his time at Cambridge, he wrote his dissertation on the environmental impact of large-scale entertainment events, with a particular focus on the FIFA World Cup. Prior to that, he worked for a non-profit research institute as the project coordinator for an international study on the health impacts of natural gas. Jackson has a deep passion for the environment, and is interested in the interaction between cultural events, climate, and policy. He believes that the unique community engagement power of music and sporting events can serve as an engine for positive climate action. Outside of work, he enjoys playing sports and exploring the outdoors.
