Grace Yang

Philanthropy Associate

Grace partners with philanthropists and mission-driven teams to build the data systems, critical relationships, and operational clarity that transform ideas into lasting impact.

Previously, Grace served as a Development Associate at the National Employment Law Project, where she expanded the donor pipeline, sharpened development analytics and reporting, and improved cross-team operations in service of advocating for workers' rights. At The States Project, Grace built interactive dashboards and translated complex data into insights that helped build governing power at the state and local levels. She holds a BA in Psychology and Chinese from Williams College, where she developed a lasting curiosity about how people make decisions, communicate across differences, and organize for change

Guided by the belief that climate, healthcare, education, and economic opportunity are deeply interconnected, Grace is drawn to work that challenges how we think and act, and moves people toward collective solutions. Outside of work, she enjoys attending dance classes, crocheting, collecting plants, volunteering with animals, and attempting to be more outdoorsy.

Thought. Action. Change.
