Anna Provenzano

Operations Manager

Based in Washington, DC, Anna brings extensive experience in nonprofit operations, finance, and international development to the team.

With an undergraduate degree in Anthropology and Geography from Texas State University, Anna is deeply curious about the relationship between people and their environments. Her foundational research on the Colorado Plateau focused on the social and environmental challenges facing Native American communities, particularly resource scarcity driven by environmental exploitation. This passion for equity led her to an international development career building clean water infrastructure in East Africa. Throughout her tenure, Anna traveled frequently to Kenya, finding her stride in the delicate balance between field-based community interaction and the creation of robust and equitable operational systems.

Anna holds an MBA from The Quantic School of Business and Technology, and is dedicated to helping mission-driven organizations scale and thrive by building intentional, efficient infrastructure. She believes that operational optimization is the key to ensuring organizations can translate their vision into sustainable, long-term global impact. Anna lives with her partner, their two cats, Jonesy and Nando, and Australian cattle dog, Bug. In her free time, she unashamedly watches a lot of reality tv and eats an unhealthy amount of tacos.
